Bank DSA in 2019. I ran all digital marketing on early HousingStreet, trained sales from instructors like Jordan Belfort, learned to code, and rebuilt with Co-founder Parvinder Singh on VasantKunjProperty.com. On 25 December 2025 I started the platform you see today — for every agent and developer who refuses to stay stuck.

In 2019 I was a bank DSA — home loans and loan against property. I saw agents like you drowning in tools that did not talk to each other. In 2020 I started HousingStreet and ran every piece of digital marketing myself — ads, funnels, content — end to end on the early site.
We launched around early 2022. I trained from world-class sales instructors — Jordan Belfort, The Wolf of Wall Street, and others — then built a sales team for that launch. Training humans was hard and time-consuming; the same lessons had to be taught again and again. We ran until mid 2024, then closed. I spent 2024 learning to code while supporting my family.
In late 2024 I launched VasantKunjProperty.com with my Co-founder Parvinder Singh running day-to-day operations. You get the same stack today — our live agency runs on HousingStreet, with CRM, WhatsApp, and systems that qualify leads before I step in.
Along the way I learned marketing, sales, IT, HR, internal management, automation, and accounting — every department, the hard way. I am someone who can help you because I have done your job, not read about it in a textbook.
On 25 December 2025 I rebuilt HousingStreet as Founder & CEO. I decided to train AI once on sales and my business — instead of retraining people forever.
