## What this is [#what-this-is]

**Media** means photos, floor plans, and videos attached to a listing.

The **cover image** is the first photo buyers see in search results and on your website.

## Steps [#steps]

  <Step title="Open the listing">
    Go to **Listings → Properties**. Click the property you want.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open media tab">
    Click **Media** on the property page — or use **Listings → Media** for a library view.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload files">
    Drag images into the upload box, or click to pick files. Wait until thumbnails appear (large files take a few seconds).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the cover">
    Drag your best photo to the first position. That image becomes the cover.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Delete bad shots">
    Click the trash icon on blurry or duplicate images. Save if prompted.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the storefront">
    Open your public listing page. Confirm photos load fast and look sharp on mobile.

The listing has clear photos in the right order. The cover shows everywhere the property is listed.
