**Inventory** tracks unit-level availability — common for buildings with many apartments or plots.

Each row shows if a unit is **available**, **reserved**, or **sold**.

## Steps [#steps]

  <Step title="Open inventory">
    Go to **Listings → Inventory**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find a project">
    Filter by building or project name if you manage many sites.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check status colors">
    Green means available. Yellow means reserved. Red means sold or off market.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update a unit">
    Click a unit. Change status when a buyer reserves or closes. Add a linked client if helpful.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Keep CRM in sync">
    When a deal moves to closed in CRM, update the matching unit here so your website stays accurate.
