Create your first listing

Walk through the wizard and publish a property on your website.

What this is

A listing is one property you market — for sale, for rent, or off-plan.

The wizard is a step-by-step form that asks the right questions for your property type and country.

What this motion shows

1. Click New on Properties. 2. Choose category, type, and sale or rent. 3. Fill required fields on each step. 4. Upload at least one photo. 5. Click Review. 6. Click Publish. 7. Listing appears in All Properties with Published status.

Steps

  1. Start the wizard

    Go to Listings → Properties. Click New.

  2. Choose type

    Pick category (residential, commercial, etc.), property type (house, apartment, …), and transaction (sale, rent, lease).

  3. Fill details

    Complete every field marked required — price, address, bedrooms, and so on. Use the map pin for location if shown.

  4. Add photos

    Upload clear photos. Put your best shot first — that becomes the cover image.

  5. Publish

    Click Review, then Publish. Or save as Draft if you are not ready to go live.

Expected result

The listing shows in All Properties with status Draft or Published. Published listings appear on your public website.
