## What this is [#what-this-is]

A **listing** is one property you market — for sale, for rent, or off-plan.

The **wizard** is a step-by-step form that asks the right questions for your property type and country.

## Steps [#steps]

  <Step title="Start the wizard">
    Go to **Listings → Properties**. Click **New**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose type">
    Pick **category** (residential, commercial, etc.), **property type** (house, apartment, …), and **transaction** (sale, rent, lease).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill details">
    Complete every field marked required — price, address, bedrooms, and so on. Use the map pin for location if shown.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add photos">
    Upload clear photos. Put your best shot first — that becomes the cover image.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish">
    Click **Review**, then **Publish**. Or save as **Draft** if you are not ready to go live.
  </Step>

## Expected result [#expected-result]

The listing shows in **All Properties** with status Draft or Published. Published listings appear on your public website.
