**Platform admin** is the back office where you manage listings, clients, your website, and settings.

This guide shows you the main areas so you are not lost on day one.

  <Step title="Land on the dashboard">
    After you log in, you see the **Dashboard**. Glance at the cards — they show listing count, new leads, and website status.

  <Step title="Use the left sidebar">
    **Listings** is for properties. **CRM** is for clients and deals. **Online Store** is your public website. **Settings** is for your team, billing, and brand.

  <Step title="Open your live site">
    On the dashboard, click **View storefront** to see what buyers see on the web.

  <Step title="Find help anytime">
    Scroll to **Help** in the sidebar. Open **Documentation** for guides like this one.
