**Platform admin** is the back office where you manage listings, clients, your website, and settings.

This guide shows you the main areas so you are not lost on day one.

## How the pieces connect [#how-the-pieces-connect]

HousingStreet follows one simple deal journey:

1. **Publish once.** Add a property to one inventory record. HousingStreet keeps that record and your website aligned.
2. **Get discovered.** Buyers browse the branded website and open a listing.
3. **Capture the inquiry.** The buyer becomes a client record in the pipeline.
4. **Act on the next step.** Add tasks and reminders. Team plans can route work and show ownership.
5. **Close with context.** Keep the client, deal, activity, and commission outcome together.

Property inventory, website publishing, inquiry capture, client pipeline, tasks, deals, and business analytics are available today.

Calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email in one timeline, AI-assisted qualification, and marketing automation are planned next. They are not presented as available features.

### Read the Property World [#read-the-property-world]

The **Living Deal Journey** on the HousingStreet homepage turns that workflow into one connected 3D world. Choose any chapter with the numbered tabs. Use **Previous** and **Next** on mobile, or the arrow keys when a chapter tab has focus.

* **Solid Cobalt signals** show inventory, website, pipeline, tasks, deals, and analytics available today.
* **Dashed Teal signals** show communication, AI qualification, and marketing automation coming next.
* If motion is reduced or 3D is unavailable, the same chapters appear as rendered cinematic stills. The text and controls do not change.

## Steps [#steps]

    After you log in, you see the **Dashboard**. Glance at the cards — they show listing count, new leads, and website status.

    **Listings** is for properties. **CRM** is for clients and deals. **Online Store** is your public website. **Settings** is for your team, billing, and brand.

    On the dashboard, click **View storefront** to see what buyers see on the web.

  <Step title="Find help anytime">
    Scroll to **Help** in the sidebar. Open **Documentation** for guides like this one.
