Sample data is fake listings and clients HousingStreet adds so you can click around safely.
Nothing you do to sample rows affects real buyers or sellers.

Steps
Spot the banner
On the Dashboard, look for a yellow or blue banner that says sample data is loaded.
Open sample listings
Go to Listings → Properties. Rows marked as sample show demo addresses and photos. Open one and explore the detail page.
Open sample clients
Go to CRM → Clients. Drag a sample deal on the board or open a client profile to see how the pipeline works.
Clear when ready
When you are ready for real work, click Remove sample data on the banner. Confirm the action. Sample rows disappear; your own data stays.
Expected result
You understand lists, detail pages, and the deal board before you import or create real records.
