## What this is [#what-this-is]

A **role** is a permission level — owner, admin, agent, and so on. It controls which menus each person sees.

**Invite** sends an email link so a teammate can create their login.

## Steps [#steps]

    Go to **Settings → Team Management**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click invite">
    Click **Invite member**. Type their work email.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick a role">
    **Owner** — full control. **Admin** — almost everything except billing. **Agent** — clients and listings. **Content editor** — blog and website content. **Viewer** — read only.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the invite">
    Click **Send**. Tell your teammate to check email (and spam folder) for the join link.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm they joined">
    Refresh the team list. Their name should show **Active** after they accept.

Each teammate can log in and only sees the screens their role allows.
