The **blog** is articles on your website — market updates, neighborhood guides, company news.

The **media library** is a shared folder for images and files you use in blog posts and pages.

## Steps — blog [#steps--blog]

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open blog">
    Go to **Online Store → Content → Blog**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a post">
    Click **New post**. Add a title and body text. Use headings so the post is easy to scan.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set SEO">
    Open the **SEO** tab. Write a short meta description for search engines.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a cover image">
    Pick an image from the media library or upload a new one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish">
    Click **Publish**. Open your storefront blog page to confirm it appears.

    Go to **Content → Media**.

  <Step title="Upload files">
    Drag images in or click **Upload**. HousingStreet compresses them for fast loading.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Reuse anywhere">
    When editing a page or post, click **Insert media** and pick from the library.

Published posts show on your public blog. Images in the library are ready to drop into any page or listing.
