## What this is [#what-this-is]

**Analytics** are charts and numbers — website visits, new leads, listing views, and more.

**Reports** let you save a custom view (date range + metrics) to check every week or month.

## Steps [#steps]

  <Step title="Open analytics">
    Click **Analytics** in the sidebar. The main dashboard loads with this month's numbers.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Change the date range">
    Use the date picker (last 7 days, 30 days, custom). Charts update to match.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the cards">
    Look at **New leads**, **Listing views**, and **Website visits**. Click a card to drill into details if offered.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build a report">
    Go to **Analytics → Reports**. Click **New report**. Pick metrics and date range. Save with a name like "Monthly pipeline".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share with your team">
    Open a saved report in meetings. Export to CSV if you need a spreadsheet.

You can answer basic questions — Are we getting leads? Which listings get clicks? — without exporting everything manually.
